Enjoy the festivities and indulge yourself with our exquisite four-course meals. This Christmas menu will replace our traditional Christmas brunch – for the first time in over 20 years. Together with his team, our head chef Kay-Ole Lampert has created six top-notch menus just for you!

All menus are accompanied by a wide selection of drinks. Sparkling wine, beer, wine, soft drinks as well as hot beverages are all included in the price.

Our 2018 Christmas menus

Tastes differ, which is exactly why we offer a vast selection of meals. At the Wienecke XI. we will spoil you with menus of the highest quality that will delight you!

 

All our Christmas menus start with an appetizer:

  • Papaya carpaccio with coppa, herb aioli and baguette

followed by

  • Cream of parsnip soup with pomegranate seeds

     

For the main course, you can choose between the following delicious dishes:

  • Roasted Christmas goose in a red wine sauce with braised apple, cranberries, red cabbage and “schwarze Knödel” (dumplings made from boiled potatoes) – €65.00

  • Roast saddle of lamb under a herb crust in rosemary jus with princess beans and scalloped potatoes – €66.00

  • Beef tenderloin “Strindberg” in balsamic shallot jus with sautĂ©ed black salsify, and potatoes with rosemary – €67.00

  • Medallions of venison wrapped in bacon with king oyster mushrooms, Brussel sprouts and fried mashed potato balls – €68.00

  • Medallions of monkfish on saffron foam with green asparagus and truffle potatoes – €69.50

     

To top it all, we’ll serve an exquisite desert:

  • A “threefold dessert variation”: Hazelnut caramel, chocolate panna cotta, and tiramisu with a “Zimtstern” (a star-shaped cinnamon biscuit)

     

Of course, we also serve a vegetarian option. As a starter you will also be served the:

  • Papaya carpaccio with coppa, herb aioli and baguette

followed by:

  • Lettuce Cappuccino

The vegetarian main course is:

  • Chard with feta, pepper and truffle potatoes

As a special highlight, enjoy a delicious dessert of:

  • Fruit skewers, dipped in chocolate (strawberry, pineapple, grape, blackberry and apricot)
